Clean hotel in a nice building close to the Art Museum and Paulista Avenue. Large room and bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and toiletries. - Incredible location down the hill, near main avenues and Metro stations. - Easy walk to Raul Cortez Theater. - A really nice stay for a business trip.

Staff were great. It was newly opened but we loved it. It is not the nicest area but there was always security.All the staff were quite proficient in English.

the stuff was great, very helpfull, really nice people and finally someone in sao paulo speaks english. the rooms are big and very comfort, next time in sao paulo will be defentlly in this hotel.

Staff, internet, beds, breakfast all good. (Staff were better than good.) Clearly cheaper than any equivalent quality hotel in Sao Paulo.

In the pre-open phase many items are not yet in rooms - refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, safe - and the final trim on the hotel has not been done.

The hotel offers hot drinks, cakes, and yogurt. the rooms are spacious and come with an iron, minibar, and air conditioning. - the location is wonderful, right next to an urban park. - It's just a 15-minute walk to the subway station.

Friendly helpful English-speaking staff at front desk (a miracle in Sao Paulo!). Excellent value for money. In current state of a "soft launch", large rooms, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms for an excellent price

Everythng great it was for me a perfect hotel - english and spanish speaking employee at the reception :-) - rooms were top clean :-) !! - 10 minutes on foot to av. Paulista & the metro. - The quartier seems to be not so dangerous...

Such a lovely stay on vacation. Easy to get to, exceptionally nice and perfect location right by the main business district in Sao Paulo. - For tea or coffee visit Cafe Familia nearby.

Clean, brand-new hotel, I really enjoyed large rooms and very attentive staff. Its incredible, central location was a plus. Btw, went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property...

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

Hotel offered the best price in the Paulista region, which was the best competitive advantage of the place. In general rooms are clean and rather big, hotel itself is rather small which makes it cosy.

Breakfast range was not too big, not too much to choose. Windows look at a college and some of the rooms are a bit noisy, but bearable.
